Improve your volleyball performance with a proven training program.
VolleyBALL Skills TRAINING
Ages 12-14
8 Sessions (2x/week)
WEDNESDAYS 4p & Saturdays 11am
Teaches the foundation of volleyball including: form, technique and basic skills.
In theses sessions you will learn passing, setting, hitting approach and swing, and more.
We hope to further your knowledge of the sport whether you are new or old to the sport.
Advanced Volleyball Training
Ages 15-18
8 Sessions (2x/week)
WEDNESDAYS 5p & Saturdays 12 noon
Teaches people of different positions:
– Libero/Defensive specialist (DS)
– Middle
-Setter
-Left/Right side
The focus for each group is to become stronger for their own positions. Training sessions will be separated by position.
Libero/Defensive Specialist (DS)
The focus will be on improving their individual skills and strengths. Ares of focus will include serve/receive, defence, forearm setting, reading the hitter, speed and agility.
Left/Right side
The focus will be on improving individual skills and strengths. Areas of focus involve serve/receive, defense, running plays, hitting approach and swing, and an mphasis on skills and agility.
Middle
The focus will be on improving individual skills and strengths. Areas of focus include hitting approach and swing, running plays, blocking, and a smaller emphasis on passing.
Setter
The focus will be on improving individual skills and strengths. Areas of focus include hand and forearm setting positions, running plays, defence, dumping, serving and working towards an advanced mindset on where the best place to set might be.
